Rickover provides a foundation for future success by enabling cadets to excel academically, to engage in meaningful leadership training and to have experiences that prepare them for post-secondary education.
JROTC offers basic instruction in military science and operations, military history, naval traditions, citizenship, and leadership.
Student Life at Rickover Naval Academy is very robust with a large variety of sports teams, clubs, bands, and NJRTOC teams. Student Life also includes a vareity of field trips and opportunities to travel.
Our Counseling Center provides academic guidance, college and career counseling, and social and emotional support and guidance for all Rickover cadets.
Parents are an integal part of Rickover Naval Academy's success. Parents are encouraged to attend the Board of Governors meetings, join the Parent Advisory Council, and get involved as volunteers with their student's teams, clubs, and trips.
There are a variety of ways parents and community members can support Rickover Naval Academy through volunteering and fundraising that help bring scholarships and broader programing to RNA.
Rickover Naval Academy is working to build the Alumni Association. Alumni of RNA are slowly building the organization with the hopes that it will expand into an organization that offers networking events for all RNA graduates. Ultimately, the RNA Alumni Association hopes to be able to offer scholarships to students to assist them with the cost of college.
